Just saw an empty teh tarik satchet in the bin.

Remembered that the old funky china man helped himself so generously to special teh tarik which was meant for boss. Today, the special teh tarik has already been kept away by pantry auntie. What's left for old funky china man to indulge is the 'normal' milk tea.

In order not to miss out on free snacks, old funky china man turned from his seat and swept his eyes past the sandwich bar, right after it was placed. I could just imagine that grin on his face. Exacltyt he way he would show his teeth when he finds a good tenant.

According to his loud phone conversation, his room rent has increased from last week's $300 to $320 this week. That's good for him and what's good for us is that he's leaving soon.
